The Sungold SGH48100T 51.2V 100Ah Lithium Battery is designed for reliable energy storage in residential, commercial, and off-grid solar systems. With a nominal energy capacity of 5.12kWh, this compact 3U rack-style battery is built for efficient installation and long-term operation.
The battery supports up to 32 units in parallel, making it easy to expand system capacity as energy storage needs grow. It is engineered for more than 7000 deep cycles and is backed by a 10-year warranty, with a design lifespan of up to 15 years. The battery is also UL 1973 certified, meeting recognized safety standards for energy storage systems.
Automatic Self-Heating Function
The battery includes a built-in self-heating feature designed for operation in cold environments. When the internal temperature drops below 41°F (5°C), the heating function activates automatically and warms the battery until it reaches approximately 53.6°F (12°C). This helps maintain charging capability and performance in colder climates.
Intelligent Battery Management System (BMS)
An integrated smart Battery Management System (BMS) provides multiple protection functions, including safeguards against overcharging, over-discharging, and short circuits. The system also includes low-temperature charging protection, helping maintain stable performance in demanding conditions.
Communication & Inverter Compatibility
The battery supports RS485 and CAN bus communication, enabling integration with many inverter systems. It is compatible with a wide range of inverter brands including Growatt, Deye, Sol-Ark, SunGoldPower, Luxpower, EG4, Victron Energy, Schneider, SMA, and Solis, among others.
Design & Applications
The compact 3U rack-mounted design allows easy installation and minimal maintenance. With its expandable capacity and integrated heating function, the battery is suitable for home energy storage systems, small commercial setups, and solar installations in low-temperature environments.

Please review our warranty and return policies below, which are in line with Sungold Power’s official terms.
Warranty Coverage
Sungold Power offers a warranty period ranging from 1 to 25 years, depending on the specific product. The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase by the end consumer.
To validate the warranty, customers must provide proof of purchase, such as the original sales receipt or another acceptable form of documentation.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window on Sungold Power products. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
Return shipping will be covered by Sungold Power for the following reasons:

Additional product received in error
For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs. Note: Free shipping promotions apply only within the continental United States.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
Returns requested after 30 days may be considered on a case-by-case basis and require special approval.

Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within several business days.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 72 hours of placement, provided the order hasn’t yet shipped. If the item has already shipped, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Used Product Warranty
For used products, the warranty coverage is as follows:

Within 30 days of purchase: Sungold Power covers all shipping and repair costs for naturally occurring issues.

Within 1 year of purchase: Sungold Power covers repair costs; the customer covers round-trip shipping.
Please note that Sungold Power is not responsible for after-sale service of products purchased outside of authorized dealers. Accessories may be purchased separately, but after-sale support for accessories is limited.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:

Damage from misuse, abuse, or modification

Accidental damage

Unauthorized repairs or disassembly

Products used outside of standard consumer use
Modified products will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Replacements
If your product fails to operate within 30 days, Sungold Power will issue a replacement, which inherits the original product’s warranty period. If the issue is caused by improper use, only troubleshooting assistance will be provided. Replacement parts under warranty will be sent upon request.
