Cancellations Before Order Ships
At King of Generators, we pride ourselves on having customer-friendly return policies. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at info@kinggenerators.com or call (855) 799-2943. Cancellations made before the product ships will be refunded in full, free of charge. Refunds are typically initiated within 24 hours of receiving the cancellation request.
Returns and Refunds
We have a 10-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 10 days of receiving your item.
Customers can expect returns to be fully processed and refunded in 15 days of request.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned in new or slightly used condition, with all original tags and packaging.
- You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.
Restocking and Shipping Fees:
- Returns due to customer preference (non-quality issues) will incur a 10% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and return shipping labels.
- Returns for quality issues, such as defective or damaged items, are eligible for free return shipping and no restocking fee.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@kinggenerators.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@kinggenerators.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Provide photos of the damage, packaging, and product within 24 hours of receipt to process an insurance claim.
Exchanges
For exchanges, return the unwanted item in its original condition. Once the return is processed, you can make a separate purchase for the replacement item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items and gift cards
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
- Perishable goods and hazardous materials
BOGO Promotions
In the event of a BOGO promotion:
- Both items must be returned for a full refund.
- If only one item is returned, you will receive a replacement or store credit equal to the standalone value of that item.
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees for BOGO items.
