Shipping Policy for King of Generators

This shipping policy applies exclusively to customers purchasing from the King of Generators online store. It does not apply to suppliers or manufacturers providing products to King of Generators.

Order Processing:

    Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6-10 business days (Monday-Friday)

    • Handling Time: 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday)

    • Transit Time: 5-8 business days (Monday-Friday)

    Delays may occur due to payment verification or stock availability. You will be notified if there are any significant delays.

    We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. ($5.00 order value is required)

    Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

    Cancellations Before Order Ships:
    Orders can be canceled free of charge before they leave the warehouse.

    Damages:
    Please inspect your package upon delivery. If any damage is observed, note it on the delivery receipt.
    Report damages within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@kinggenerators.com with photos and a description of the issue.
    Freight damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours for resolution.

    Warranty:
    Warranty details vary by manufacturer. Please check the individual product pages for specific warranty information.
    Damages reported after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for warranty claims.
