Warranty Period Overview
EcoFlow provides a limited warranty on its products, starting from the date of purchase. The warranty period varies by product type:
DELTA Series & RIVER Series: 1–5 years (depending on model)
Solar Panels: 12 months to 10 years
Accessories: 12 months
Smart Generators: 1–3 years

What’s Covered?
Free repairs or replacements for defects in materials or workmanship

What’s Not Covered?

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or without valid proof of purchase
Products used outside the intended region or incompatible with local power standards
