Sungold – 10KW 48V Split Phase Solar Inverter
The Sungold 10KW Solar Inverter is an all-in-one unit designed for off-grid solar systems. It combines a pure sine wave inverter, dual MPPT solar charge controllers, and a battery charger in a single device for simplified installation and system management. Each MPPT input supports a maximum open-circuit voltage of 500VDC, and the system allows up to 200A battery charging.
The inverter can provide 120V single-phase or 120V/240V split-phase output depending on the system configuration. A WiFi module is included, allowing users to monitor system performance and adjust settings through a mobile app. The inverter is UL 1741 certified by ETL for off-grid solar system use.
Parallel Expansion
This inverter supports parallel operation with up to 6 units, allowing systems to scale up to 60kW total output. When multiple units are connected, the system can support 120V single-phase, 120V/240V split-phase, or 208V three-phase output, while also increasing surge capacity.

It can also operate without a battery. If a lithium battery enters a low-power state, the system can activate it using grid power or solar input. Communication with SunGoldPower batteries is supported via CAN and RS485 interfaces.

System Operation
Solar panels provide power to connected loads and charge the battery as the primary energy source. If solar or battery power is unavailable, the system can automatically use grid power or a generator to supply loads and recharge the battery.

Warranty Coverage
Sungold Power offers a warranty period ranging from 1 to 25 years, depending on the specific product. The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase by the end consumer.
To validate the warranty, customers must provide proof of purchase, such as the original sales receipt or another acceptable form of documentation.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window on Sungold Power products. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
Return shipping will be covered by Sungold Power for the following reasons:

Additional product received in error
For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs. Note: Free shipping promotions apply only within the continental United States.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
Returns requested after 30 days may be considered on a case-by-case basis and require special approval.

Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within several business days.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 72 hours of placement, provided the order hasn’t yet shipped. If the item has already shipped, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Used Product Warranty
For used products, the warranty coverage is as follows:

Within 30 days of purchase: Sungold Power covers all shipping and repair costs for naturally occurring issues.

Within 1 year of purchase: Sungold Power covers repair costs; the customer covers round-trip shipping.
Please note that Sungold Power is not responsible for after-sale service of products purchased outside of authorized dealers. Accessories may be purchased separately, but after-sale support for accessories is limited.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:

Damage from misuse, abuse, or modification

Accidental damage

Unauthorized repairs or disassembly

Products used outside of standard consumer use
Modified products will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Replacements
If your product fails to operate within 30 days, Sungold Power will issue a replacement, which inherits the original product’s warranty period. If the issue is caused by improper use, only troubleshooting assistance will be provided. Replacement parts under warranty will be sent upon request.
